We have returned from spending yet another weekend in Austin, helping Abby pull her college condominium together. Hot and humid weather greeted us in Austin, and again here in Dallas when we returned.
I am sooo envious of the lovely fall weather that I keep reading about on other blogs! But we're in for a bit more of summer temps before it cools down here.
I may or may not have felt the slightest cool breeze when out watering this morning. Or it may have been my imagination, or even just wishful thinking :)
Despite the blistering heat, I am slowly pulling out a few fall items. I was thrilled to unearth these pretty sunflower napkin rings, purchased at Pier 1 this summer. They are still available on the website here. Aren't they just perfect for fall? I just can't wait to do a Fall Tablescape with them.
Speaking about perfect for fall, take a peek at this --
Just a sneak peek :) I have a wonderful giveaway coming up for you all tomorrow Thursday, September 12th! See you then!

Gorgeous wreath, Andrea! Love the napkin rings, too. I'm decorating for Fall in my head, for inside the house at least. It is just too warm here right now for me to even go up into the attic and get my bins down! Friday it is supposed to turn cooler, so hopefully it will stay that way.

Still hot here...not feeling anything like fall except inside Pier 1. Love the napkin rings. We have new napkins for fall that I adore and may have to buy.

It's hot here and then there's a chill in the air. It's almost a tease! I'm sure those napkin rings will spur on some spectacular tables.
