Your kitchen looks fantastic! I love pure white paint too. Nothing looks cleaner and fresher than that to me. Love the chicken wire too. :)

You aren't the only one not decorating for Christmas. I have no desire to do that yet. Don't even want to look at it! Need to soak up more of this cool weather we've had yesterday and today to make it feel real. :)

Your cabinets look great and I love your kitchen. Well, you're not alone. I've not done any Christmasing yet either and will wait until after Thanksgiving. Maybe! :)
Be a sweetie,
Shelia ;)

Your cabinets look great!!

Beautiful...I love white cabinets. Wish I had the know-how and bravery to do mine! I'm another that has not started decorating for Christmas. I think it's WAY too early. I like to celebrate one holiday at a time. Thanksgiving first, please.

Nana Diana

It looks wonderful. So fresh and sweet. I love pure white cabinets, too. I don't do Christmas until after Thanksgiving either. However, this year we did Thanksgiving this week because all the kids were home! xo Diana

Andrea I love your kitchen!! Your cabinets look great!

Sandra @Beneath this Roof, Within these Walls

I really love your kitchen!! It has the exact look/feel I would like mine to have. Just perfect, in my opinion.

Kathy @ Creative Home Expressions

Love it, Andrea, but then I love your whole kitchen! You are not alone ~ I always wait until the day after Thanksgiving. The only thing I may do early this year is bring the bins down from the attic on Wednesday, so I'm ready to go first thing Friday morning.

Manuela@a cultivated nest

I love it! Love the chickenwire in the cabinets. I have one above my stove that's small but seeing yours makes me want to tackle large doors.

I had to laugh about the white paint. I just went and got 4 samples of white for my kitchen. There are so many whites!

Brenda Kula

You aren't alone, Andrea, about decorating for Christmas. I'm taking a decidedly different approach to that this year. And I'm waiting longer. I LOVE your kitchen and those cabinets. I need you here to paint for me where the wheelchair scuffed up the lower cabinets.

Andrea, I love your kitchen! Those doors are great! Nope, you're not the only one holding out on Christmas decor. I don't do anything until the day after Thanksgiving!

Love your kitchen...it looks great!! I'm not decorating for Christmas until after Thanksgiving.

Love the chicken wire cabinet doors!

I am a hold-out for after Thanksgiving too. The rustic doors look great against the simplicity of the pure white.

Mary Alice

LOVE your cabinets and the distressed doors! I'm one of those who wait until after Thanksgiving to start decorating for Christmas.
You're not alone! :-)

I clicked the links at the bottom of your
post and found the story of your chippy doors. 15 years-I love that. They are perfect with the fresh coat of paint. I don't always wait until after Thanksgiving, but this year I am taking my time. :)

You are not the only holdout!! I refuse to start Christmas before Thanksgiving...the thankfulness NEEDS to start before the Gift!!

No Christmas decorating for me yet either, one holiday at a time! :)
