Is it too early to start springifying the house? I sure hope not, because the Valentine's decorations got put away this weekend, and something had to go up :)
Sunflowers always put me in a sunny mood. Believe it or not, I have had these for two weeks. Cheerful oranges and other produce brought out thoughts of spring, too. Although I'm losing part of this display tonight after we eat these artichokes!
My red Pier One birdie plates were paired with a sweet plate that my mom gave me awhile back, and some green canisters. Do you think those are spring onions, or leeks on the light green one? Another favorite thrifting find, I love to bring it out in the spring.
The ivy that I have been rooting is growing and happy! Now that we are probably past any hard freezes here in Dallas, I'll plant these outside and start a new batch.
Have a wonderful start to the week, everyone! Thanks for coming by to visit.
Love, Andrea

The yellow and red plate is extraordinary. Just beautiful. I love your display tonight. So cheery and welcoming and such a soft photo with the pale yellow back-ground. Hugs, Deb=^..^=x4

I think we all start to think of spring eagerly right after Valentine's Day. Your display lifts the heart.
The yellow and red plate that features the bird's nest on an oak branch is so beautiful. Would you please share with me where it may be bought if possible? I'd love to have one like it.
Many thanks,

What a lovely spring vignette, I specially love the red accents with the bird plates. I'm getting inspired to do spring decor, although here, in my neck'o'da woods it's spring all year round, right now it's kind of rainy sometimes. Thanks for sharing.

Hi, I had the same dilema. Put away the Valentines decor so I started pulling out Spring also. I say a little bit of Spring is always welcome. Love your displays. I have one of the birdie Pier 1 plates. Your other plate is darling. They look so cut together. YUM, I love artichokes! Visiting from W.U.W. Now a new follower.

Hi there!
Love those red bird plates! I have 2 that i bought a couple of years ago at Pier One. This year I bought 2 of the same plates in the olive green shade. I love decorating with birds and bird cages and this is what caught my attention. I've gotta get back to work but I'll be back later to take a look around.
