The bird plates are great. I have been shopping at Pier1 lately. They are about to give Anthropologie a run for their money because so many of their designs are similar, but Pier1's pricing is soooooo much better. Your kitchen is too cute for Valentine's Day :D

Becky @ Random musings of a deco lady

What a lovely table and I love your heart garland. Off to get the directions to make the hearts, now. Those bird plates are just the best. So red and festive. Thanks for joining us for the Colours of Love party.

I love your table, especially those birdie plates and the sweet gingham bows on the napkins!
Happy Valentine's Day!

Love the red plates. How perfect for Valentine's. Your chandelier is so wonderful. I like the added crystals and the chippy white paint. A truly charming table.

I love those bird plates. I feel like such a dunce because I have been looking for red accessories for my kitchen and was right near a Pier One and didn't go in. UGH.

This is such a pretty table.

Oh how beautiful! I am visiting via the Valentine linky.
I wanted to invite you to the two linky parties I am planning. The first will be on February 23~ High Tea Tablescapes. Details can be found on my Wednesday posts. There will be PRIZES!

Happy Valentine's Day!

I love red and white. This is a great post!

Oh what a pretty table. I hadn't seen your wonderful candelabra before, and I LUV it! If I had that, I'd use it all of the time too. I saw those wonderful bird plates at Pier One and tried to think of a cabinet in my house that had space for them. Unfortunately, I couldn't, so they didn't come home with me. The checked ribbon for napkin rings adds such a touch of fun to the table. Thank you so much for linking this post to my Valentine party. laurie

Oh so pretty and your pictures are fantastic. Can't wait to see what you are working on.

Hi there!

Happy New Year! It's late and I can't sleep and I just stumbled upon your blog while I was checking my blog. Someone was doing a google search on Valentine's table with bird plates and when I looked at the images, I stumbled upon your beautifully set table for Valentines day, 2011. I have these same plates from Pier One and use them frequently. I also have them in the color green. Just wanted to comment to let you know I stopped by. I'm going to take a look around because we have many things in common and I'm always looking for more inspiration and clever ways to re-purpose or create something new in my home.

It is so fantastic following a challenging day at the workplace, come location, switch on the computer and study an additional post on your own website! Man right away pushes available its over-all burden in the day, stress, etc! Thank you will for what we do for folks!

love your bird plates, have been looking for them online and in store at PIER ONE...no luck but just had to post what a beautiful tablescape!!!!
