Our 12.5 inches of snow really was a record-breaker! Here are a few photos from our outing yesterday. Enjoy!
A look down our street
Next door
Can you almost see the snow people lounging in the Adironadack chairs? Love the cowboy hat …
Another Texas-style snowman
Our snowy doggie! She’s half American Eskimo, but doesn’t really seem to know it, as she looks pretty perplexed by the whole thing.
This crape myrtle looks a little more like a weeping willow today.
A snowman and his entire family! The red “collar” you see in the right front is actually a doggie. (hard to see, I wish I had gotten a closeup!)
Down the street at our neighborhood sandwich shop.
A closer look shows the snowman’s cabbage hair, cucumber eyes and a pickle for a mouth!
So glad you found my Texas-Blogging Gals!! Will get you on the next updated list.
What part of Texas?

It always looks so pretty at someone else's house. I never feel that way when I'm looking out my own window!
