Wednesday, December 23, 5:00 p.m., 68 degrees outside. Sat in the Adirondack chairs and had wine with my friend Lee until sundown.
Thursday, December 24, 5:00 P.M., 29 degrees outside. Went out in 30mph winds and took this photo as fast as possible. Ran back in quickly, already covered in icy snow. Saw the news, and learned we had a record in Dallas for Christmas Eve snowfall.
Merry White Christmas!

Oh, I know! In Tylerearlier this week I was wearing shorts. Yesterday it snowed here too! My husband is in Oklahoma, snowed in. But I've kept myself busy with craft projects (named decoupaging) and it is quiet and peaceful.

Yes! It was wonderful wasn't it? We could not believe just how fast and heavy it was coming down. Truly made for a magical Christmas Eve day.
