Oh that sounds delicious! I have never tried the idea of soaking the bread in cream first but I'm definitely going to do it next time. Thank you so much for sharing this with us at Inspiration Friday this week! :-)

This sounds delicious - I haven't made swedish meatballs in a while - ground chicken is a very interesting alternative.
